Our brewer customers can only guarantee a constant and good beer quality through high-quality raw materials. Our customers like to have the opportunity to evaluate their hops from a selection of hop qualities. The evaluation of hops takes place every year during the hop harvest. Representatives of respective breweries at home and abroad visit us in Niederlauterbach to select the batch of hops suitable for them. Our IGN sample room provides outstanding basic conditions for this purpose. The evaluation of hops is often linked with a visit by our hop growers in order to give an understanding of the product’s origin. Direct contact between brewery and hop grower is established and strengthened as a result.
